Switcher is excellent small utility for Windows Vista systems with enabled Aero.
Switcher allows you to switch between all your windows with Exposé like style: Switcher arranges all windows to your desktop, while your still see their content. You can simply choose window by clicking on it, pressing its number on keyboard or you can also search required window by typing it's name.
Switcher is also absolutely free, so if you have Windows Vista with Aero, don't hesitate trying it!
